We made the tough but probably right decision to cut our dream trip short by a couple of months and return to the US. Here are just a few thoughts: ... 1. We have both went through literally every emotion you can imagine. Super sad to end this trip abruptly, super excited to come home, super scared because of the questions surrounding the virus, super nervous about the future as it pertains to jobs, and everything else in between. ... 2. This truly was the trip of a lifetime and we have had so much fun sharing it with all of you. Your kind words, advice, beer donations, and just overall enthusiasm made us appreciate what we were doing every single day we woke up. ... 3. We still have blogs from our time in Vietnam and our experience with this stupid virus that we'll put out shortly. Along with that we plan on still posting pictures of all the places we went because we still have thousands of pictures you haven't seen. AND Ian has been writing random blog posts about everything travel related that he will be posting on doshobos and medium.com. They might even be a little edgier than the normal travel recaps 😉. ... 4. Nothing makes us happier than when people reach out with questions. We've even been asked to speak to a couple of different groups about our experience which is so awesome. So please let us know if our experience can help in any way, shape, or form. ... I went back and looked at our New Zealand posts from a couple of years ago and it ended with us saying "stay tuned" and look what we did just two short years later! So I'm going to say it again... "Stay tuned" because Caitlin and I apparently have this weird itch that leads us to pretty incredible experiences and neither one of us wants that to stop. Cheers! The Dos Hobos
