Well hey there. Thanks for making your way to our blog, whether that be intentionally or unintentionally. We don’t necessarily know what this blog will become, but the reason for starting is because Caitlin and I are taking the trip of a lifetime to New Zealand, and my parents eventually wore me down by asking me numerous times if we would be blogging. I guess I’m glad they did, as we’ve had countless individuals express interest in our trip and with a blog we will be able to post everything in a spot where people can choose to come as opposed to be being force fed pictures on Facebook at weird hours of the day (New Zealanders live 18 hours in the future).
Many friends and family members have shared that New Zealand is a place they themselves would like to visit someday. Our hope is that our blog can serve as a tool that can help improve and inspire future trips, as opposed to just bragging about our current one.
That’s about it for now. We are going to try to post about what we do on a daily basis, but the spotty Internet connection may prevent that from happening.
